What made you decide to participate: because I believe that we’re a generation surviving on surface level relationships and that going into a new year when everything seems to be based on “change”, why not also change this.
When works best for you?: I’m predominantly in Texas but will be making trips back and forth to Nashville and then moving back to Nashville in September. hmm…I guess it all hinges on when you’d be in Nashville and if I were there, too.

What made you decide to participate: I wanted to from the start but now that I’m moving back local it’s a good time. Plus, I haven’t seen you in about 8 years. I think it’s about time!
When works best for you?: Well, it will have to be after March 1st and then I’m not quite sure after that. We’ll have to figure it out. I just need a babysitter for Logan b/c it’s a bit hard to have a deliberate conversation that doesn’t include “stop picking your nose’ with a 3 y/o around!

There’s a place in East Vancouver (I think) called Sip n Play.. from where I hear, it’s a place where parents can get coffee and there’s a play area for their kiddies. will investigate more (into getting in touch with you and Sip n Play)

I came upon 500 convos through Twitter. When I found out it was somehow connected to Dave Barnes, I was not surprised, but in fact, loved it even more. I’m a huge fan.
Why you would like to participate: I’d like to participate because I love making real connections with people, which makes me fully support this project. Also, I think may be one of the few (if not the only) classically trained conductor, country music loving, Midwest bred, afro-wearing African-American women. And I think it’s given me a unique view of life.

Why you would like to participate: I’m doing things most people would consider foolish/distracting in the spot I’m in life right now. I graduated from high school last year, and am now interning at Service Over Self–a camp that exists to glorify God by proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ in word and deed through urban home repair. I did not choose this because I dislike school, I actually love it, but because I am truly striving to follow God’s call on my life. Anyway, I have come across sooo many students who could be so much more intentional and influential if they just realized they had the option to strive after a bigger plan. That’s kind of long, but I would love to be an encouragement of any kind!
